Built around an ESP32 controller, the EB-SIG-420W monitors a 4–20 mA process signal and provides a convenient web-based dashboard for viewing the live signal, scaled process value, signal status, and configuration information.
The underlying SIG-SBR-2 design uses a 150 Ω precision shunt to develop a measurable voltage from the 4–20 mA loop while maintaining a passive signal path for downstream control equipment. The reference design specifies 0.60 V at 4 mA, 1.80 V at 12 mA, and 3.00 V at 20 mA.
